I've been helping my elderly father who had an Intact property claim back in my hometown, Drumheller Alberta, in the home I grew up in. This was a mid level water damage property claim. Service Master was assigned by Intact to remediate and rebuild the loss. I have to say, my father was just super impressed with everything Service Master did, and how they communicated with him (and he's old school). Matt Griffiths, the Service Master project manager, he couldn't say enough about. I would even say he 'raved' about him. Responsive, competent, caring, and always there when he needed. The finished work was impeccable. Most don't how unimpressed a man like my father is (I really only hear him complain about things these days lol).
