Upon entering, we met Rowland who suggested heating and stretching the original vinyl across as a more cost-effective option to replacing the vinyl. Clearly, here's a man with experience and offering that skill set and knowledge. He didn't try to upsell and gave us his best.
I know some have complained about him, but I like his abrupt honesty and personality. Moreover, his work was good and we are very happy with the repair, which was less expensive than replacing the vinyl completely.
