This Rona location in Bowness has long been one of my favourite locations when I am in need of building materials or supplies. It’s not always my first choice because of convenience. I might find myself at another Rona or a competitors location. But Rona Bowness never fails to provide the materials or supplies that I need when I can’t find it elsewhere. Perfect example took place this past Wednesday. After visiting two competitors locations where I verified on their website that the products that I needed were available, I made the drive to those locations because they were closer to the job sites I was working at. This is a hard one to say if you're going there to buy product staff is friendly but if you want to use there installation service don't. They say they gave you receipts when you got nothing. When you call them h to set it up the first thing is pay right now and it'll get set up in 5 to 10 days. so you don't even know what your quote is you don't even know how they're going to do the project or anything like that. it's just pay money and we'll figure it out later I highly don't recommend using the installation service they give you no info at all I was told a contractor would talk to me instead I get a call from Quebec the head office just saying money and it'll happen...read full review
Excellent experience at this store. They have a great selection of landscaping products, particularly hard stone products.
The staff is knowledgeable and kind. There were some items they did not stock due to size, but they were able to point us in the right direction to a Rona + store.
