My wife and I ended up spending the afternoon at the R&R wellness spa. We do this every year for our birthdays and anniversaries. This was our 26th wedding anniversary, and it was fantastic. We ended up getting to spend some nice time in the swimming pool and in the sauna. We were unfortunately not able to use the hot tub because it was out of order. But their little Zen rooms that they have where you can have tea and coffee and just relax amazing.
The couples massage we had right after was fantastic. I am not sure of the names. I haven’t looked at other seats, but they did a great job and once again, we are very happy that we came here.
It’s my first time trying out a spa massage here in Calgary. Had a fun and relaxing experience here. They have free refreshments while you wait for your appointment. I recommend coming 30 mins early to enjoy the sauna.
A Cozy Escape at RNR Wellness Spa
Tucked inside Le Germain Hotel in Calgary, RNR Wellness Spa is a hidden gem. The space is cozy and calming, and the staff are warm and welcoming. Joaquina was especially wonderful, she helped release so much tension with care and skill. I left feeling lighter and deeply relaxed. I’d absolutely come back.
