RnR Wellness Spa at Hôtel Le Germain is a beautiful facility offering a warm welcome to its guests. Upon arrival, visitors are given a tour of the facilities, which include complimentary refreshments, seating areas, and private lockers with change rooms, showers, and saunas. The massage therapists are professional, and the aromatherapy is delightful. This secret oasis in downtown Calgary is a go to spot for a 60 or 90 min massage. Guests can relax in the lounge with complimentary tea and snacks before or after their spa service. The facility is clean and well kept. In the warmer months, the patio is open. There is a great variety of cold beverages, and guests can enjoy hot drinks, including tea. The experience is easy and accommodating from start to finish, providing an escape from the busy city.
I’ve had two massages at RNR Le Germain so far, and I’m already booked for my third—which says it all.
The ambience is calm, luxe, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. You’re genuinely treated so well, and my therapist Jean was amazing—professional, comforting, and very intuitive to what my body needed.
The little extras really elevate the experience: access to the sauna and valet parking are truly the cherry on top and make it feel like a full reset, not just a massage.
Highly recommend—this place is almost my gatekeep.
First of all, Yvette was lovely and gave me an excellent tour of the facilities before my treatment. The infrared sauna was excellent and the spa water helped me stay hydrated. Beira is a skilled RMT and helped to alleviate some pain I’ve been having after an injury. I actually fell asleep at one point which never happens so that’s a testament to how relaxed I was during my massage. Next time, I will definitely bring a book and utilize the resting area afterwards. I highly recommend a visit to RnR.
Had a fabulous experience at the spa. I was welcomed as soon as I walked off the elevator. The changeroom with sauna and shower were clean and inviting. The outside deck was fabulous to sit out on. There were some great snacks and beverages. The massage therapist did an excellent job and continued to ask about pressure. My favourite part was the quiet resting beds. I will definitely be back.
