I would actually give 3.5...usually a very easy experience, quick communication, etc. sometimes some challenges with online forms but quick to respond. This time I submitted my taxes, followed up after a few weeks to get an ETA, was told they were working on them and when I followed up the next 2 weeks didn't even get a response. Had to call in to find out they had been completed and I got them by email the next day

You guys are awesome! We use RMI for everything from Incorporating to Annual Returns to Tax Returns to GST Filings and it works out fantastic. One time we tried to save a few bucks and incorporate one of our new branches with somebody else - omg that was a mistake that took hours and hours of work to recover from! Not next timie!
