I have always carried my stress in my shoulders and in my neck. But I can't do deep tissue massage. no other massage therapist has been able to work on my shoulders and neck and release the pressure. Without doing a deep tissue massage. Lisa is amazing.When I leave, I am so relaxed and all the stress is gone.I highly highly recommend.

Went to see Shawn for a massage on a day were I get this routine pain in my neck that comes from under the shoulder blade. It hurts so much I can barely move. Shawn helped me through this pain so much. He was so skilled and found all the right spots. I went from about 8/10 pain level down to a 2/10 after the massage. Great skills. Also lovely place! The administrator was very sweet and helpful. Wonderful place! Will be back! :)

Had another fantastic visit today at Renewal Wellness. Kristine is a wonderful Osteopath and always makes my body feel better and put back together in ways no one has even come close to. I’m so grateful I found her.Her welcoming personality instantly makes you feel at ease and her knowledge of the body is incredible. Highly recommend.
