Steve was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done. The work was performed fast and very professionally. He did the cleanup after work as well. He also gave us his impressions as to the future work that may be required considering the age of some heating equipment. His friendly attitude also needs to be noted. Overall a great job.

Upon my annual furnace inspection, Shawn noted that there were several deficiencies needing to be addressed. We went through all the options and his recommendations. Booked a quick turn around once the parts were in hand and got installation done. He went through to make sure nothing else was compromised. Shawn is always super chipper and pleasant. He takes being an ambassador to Prostar quite seriously and that’s refreshing.
