Such an amazing, genuine shop who’s gonna do what you actually need done and not make you get extras! Grateful for the amazing service and always fitting me into the schedule for last minute services
I purchased my vehicle from Phil at Progressive a few years ago and recently brought it in for what I thought would be a quick fix (despite having absolutely zero knowledge of cars - I clearly was hoping for the best). As it turns out, the job was not so simple. Sam and Boris helped me navigate warranty coverage, a loaner car while my car was in the shop, and regularly kept me up to date during the process.
My experience with both Progressive Leasing and Progressive Auto Repair has always been really positive and I would highly recommend them!
I brought my car in after another shop (some kind of tire) installed a warped valve cover, which caused all sorts of issues. The team here quickly diagnosed the problem and explained everything clearly. Borys kept me updated throughout the process, and thanks to their efficiency, the repair was done the same day. Really appreciated the honesty, communication, and fast turnaround. Highly recommend!
