5 star all the way. I was in need of a gasket and screen for my esbar heater service. Called in and the gentleman said he would be there following day, which worked perfect for my schedule. When I went to grab them unfortunately I just had my wife's card on me and he took all info from me and charge later. Unfortunately for some reason her card did not work so I got a voice message to contact Edmonton lady and gave her my card info. She put through the charge and sent me a email receipt. So great to deal with these guys I will go back anytime I need Espar parts ,service or purchase.Thank you
Needed parts to fix my Espar heater, Ryan was very knowledgeable and helpful, as such I ended up having pro-west do the Espar heater repairs. Highly recommended pro-west for Espar or Eberspaecher, whatever they call themselves now, parts and service.
Pro-West is always very helpful and professional. They have a good inventory of items needed for vehicle heating and cooling so work can be completed with in a few days, sometimes within hours, if their schedule allows.The work that they complete is always top notch, clean and tidy.It is always a pleasure to have Ryan help us out on our projects.Services: Heating system installation
