We decided to have some important clothes (including my wedding dress!) dry cleaned here. Marcelo was extremely pleasant to deal with from the very beginning. We knew after our initial phone conversation that he would have our business. Our clothes were finished exactly when he said they would be, and he went above and beyond to deliver wonderful customer service. My husband had an awful orange stain on his expensive white dress shirt and it's now completely gone. Not only that, my wedding dress has intricate floral and beading details and I am very happy with how it looks after Prestige worked on it. We highly recommend this business to everyone. Its always such a pleasure whenever I am dropping off or picking up. Marcelo and his family are so amazing and caring! ☺️ truly a great family business and the work they do is amazing.
I was in a pinch and needed my dress steamed for an event. Not only were they able to get it back to me on time, they stayed after hours so I could drop it off. Absolutely lovely people! Will definitely be coming back!
