Iryna is very attentive massage therapist and osteopath, her knowledge goes beyond pure massage, I really felt cared for on a much deeper level than I have ever experienced during a massage. As a practitioner and massage therapist myself I know what to expect, and today I felt I was truly cared for. I would highly recommend Iryna.
Yesterday I saw Dr. Dakota Lelek for my hyperacusis, tight neck, upper and lower back pain. She did manual Osteopathic on my whole body. I felt so much better just from one session. My head and neck were so much lighter and not tight. I can't wait to see what happens after more treatments. She is very professional and nice. She let me know what she was doing and why. She is awesome.
My appointment with Dakota today was great! She was very thorough in asking about my history and concerns, and making sure we were on the same page about what I hoped to achieve during my time with her. She communicated clearly throughout my entire appointment about her observations and what various techniques were accomplishing. It made me feel very involved in my treatment as well as educating me as we went. She also ensured I felt completely comfortable at every stage. I left not only feeling physically better but also with a better understanding of what was going on with my body.
