Excellent experience from start to finish. I’ve been coming to this clinic since I came to Canada in 2011, and I can’t believe I kept forgetting to leave a review. The doctors are very hands-on, attentive, and truly care about their patients, especially Dr. Abounaja. He takes time to listen, explain everything clearly, and makes you feel well taken care of. The reception staff are also very kind, friendly, and welcoming. Everyone in the clinic makes the experience comfortable and reassuring. Highly recommended for their professionalism, compassion, and excellent patient care over the years.

The front reception is beyond helpful and treat you like gold and a person. Dr abounaja is unbelievable, he listens and actually cares, and does help way beyond what one would expect. The whole office has always been a super, super supportive, professional, positive and helpful, friendly experience. That's everyone on staff.

Dr. Abounaja and his team are truly the best in the city. He has been my doctor since 2018 and is exceptional. He listens, cares, and always goes above and beyond to give the right diagnosis with kindness and respect.

The clinic staff, especially Hasnaa and Maysa, are welcoming, friendly, and professional. Every visit feels comfortable because of the way the whole team works together.
