We visited PetSmart today at 5 pm for my cat Kiara’s nail trim and I really want to thank the amazing young lady who helped us (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name).
This was Kiara’s first nail trim, so both of us were a bit stressed 😅. But the groomer was so gentle, calm, and respectful with my cat that I felt relaxed right away. She handled Kiara with so much care, worked very quickly, and you could tell she really knew what she was doing.
Kiara did great, and I’m sure it’s because of how kind and professional the groomer was. Thank you so much — we’ll definitely be coming back! 🐾
Updating my review from 4 years ago. Sept 2025. Just walked out. Completely annoyed. Come here for worms for my beardies, at the point of needing to bye out their selection as they don't have the sizes I need and u think I could get anyone to help me. Nope the one dude at the back wouldn't even acknowledge me so I went to cash to ask some questions and for assistance. Nope I was told I can't be helped by that dude either.
Whatever. I'll head on up to the north to pisces where they never have problems helping people and making money. Such a shame. I won't be back here. This location is a lost cause...

I had such a wonderful experience at this location. Wes is a true gem! Very knowledgeable, personable and very patient. Wes, thank you for giving me your undivided attention for probably too long today. I greatly appreciate your candor and really loved we could bond over our tanks! Also, Jocelyn, you are such a lovely person. Thank you for being kind and please keep smiling.
