I had such an amazing experience at this PetSmart! The environment in the store was incredibly welcoming—everything felt positive, peaceful, and well-organized, which made shopping really enjoyable.
A special shoutout to one of the staff members, Any, who helped me choose my fish. She was genuinely excited, super friendly, and brought such great energy to the whole experience. I can be a very picky buyer when it comes to fish, but she was extremely patient and kind throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was completely comfortable with my choices.

Katelyn bathed and tidied my two long-haired chihuahua’s fur and did an absolutely fantastic job! I was warmly welcomed by her and she offered great advice as to how to style their fur to align with what I was wanting. My expectations were exceeded with the results. When I picked up my girls, they seemed very comfortable which really spoke to the care and attention that they received while in the care of the salon staff. Everyone working seemed to be paying the utmost care and attention to the dogs in their care. I am very satisfied and definitely will be returning! Friendly and knowledgeable staff at this location. Managers also know what they’re doing. Peyton was able to help with a complicated transaction and got it done in no time! A line was starting to form due to the wait but he was patient and did not show any dislike. Good service! Keep up the well-done training of the staff.
