I’ve always considered this an excellent place to bring my pet especially for grooming, where the team consistently delivers outstanding work. However, today’s experience was unexpectedly disappointing. I called ahead to book my dog’s grooming appointment and was scheduled for 8:30 AM, which i immediately plugged into my reminders app on my phone. When I arrived, I was turned away because appointments are apparently handled on an hour‑by‑hour basis something I was never informed of until this moment. The lack of internal communication was evident, and the inconvenience was frustrating, especially given that this has never happened before....read full review
The lady that helped us and walked us through the fish tank purchase was absolutely amazing!! Friendly and outgoing! Made our little guys birthday even that much better!! Thank you, cant wait to come back and see you again for plants and fish!!
Noah H at Beacon Hill PetSmart did an absolutely fabulous job grooming my schnauzer-cross, who is often nervous and a bit cautious. Noah is knowledgable and patient, and understands dog behaviour. He's a skilled groomer. Would highly recommend booking with him.
