Michaela did an amazing job! I was initially concerned about the procedure because I wanted natural looking eyebrows. Michaela explained everything clearly before and during the process, which made me feel comfortable. The results are natural and perfect. I no longer need an eyebrow pencil. I have been coming to PBL for several years and have been quite happy. After a recent visit, I felt that there was a slight unevenness in my brows. I expressed my concerns to PBL and they handled it right away. They were professional and never made me feel that my concerns were not valid. They offered two options for how to correct the small unevenness. I left feeling happy and relieved and will continue to use their services.
