I have been going to this spa for years. The owner as well as the staff are professional and welcoming. Tanya is an amazing RMT. For deep massages, she is your therapist! I tried the steam room and was offered a nice ginger drink .. spicy and so good! Will definitely recommend this spa.
I was staying at the four points for my son‘s hockey tournament that was being held in Cochrane. The Saturday ended up being my birthday and we had time in between games so I treated myself to a ProSkin Treatment and a 1 hour massage! Wow. Felt absolutely fabulous afterwards. Highly recommend this spa. The girls were wonderful! Also they are able to direct bill.
I had the pleasure of undergoing accupuncture treatment, and I find myself feeling relaxed and my lower back issue has been effectively addressed. The soreness has completely disappeared immediately following my appointment. He also took the time to massage my entire body, not merely to poke you.
