I had a really good experience here. My car was having issues near the shop. I dropped it off on a holiday and the work was promptly done the next day - it seemed to be reasonably priced. I would take my car here again.
I took my car in for an insurance inspection and Daman (I think! Or David) and the team were very kind and helpful. I was able to book in right away and they were very patient in explaining anything I didn’t understand (he drew a picture to show me what a CV boot was). I ended up having a family member complete the work that was needed and they were understanding and super helpful in booking in for the second inspection. Thank you!
This shop is amazing, Damien is amazing. After years of tying to find a shop that I could trust, Parkdale is my go to place. I'm a dog walker and put on a lot of km and wear & tear on my car. They have always been able to help me out and made sure my old car was in top shape for me and my dogs. On the rare times he wasn't able to help me out with a flat ( I've had 4 in 2 years) and I get oil changes normally every 2 months he's been able to point me in the ught direction.
I never feel like he's screwing me over or trying to make a quick buck off me . He spends time explaining to me what's wrong with my vehicle, how to prevent things and how keep my vehicle running....read full review
