I experience a great massage everytime when I come to see Marishka, who is well trained doing cupping assisted deep tissue massage. I'm always encouraged to do my stretches but it doesnt feel like a visit to the dentist with how nice the staff is here at the Canyon Meadows Optimum Wellness Centre. Their availability is also very accommodating for when I need a timeslot to visit after work or when I can come earlier in the day. Overall, five star review!

I have seen Sarah for acupuncture and she helped speed up the healing process of my sprained ankle so that I could get back to doing the activities I enjoy. Marishka is also a great massage therapist who provides helpful home care instructions and exercises. Janne at the front is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend OWC Canyon Meadows
