I had a great experience during my recent eye appointment! The staff were professional and efficient, and afterward, Hanna helped me pick out a new pair of glasses. She was extremely helpful, patient, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I left feeling confident with my choice and appreciated her excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
Dr. Ann-Marie Marsh has an extraordinary team. I had the best eye appointment I've had for years. Dr Marsh genuinely cares. She went above and beyond for my eye care. Her associate Kumpal Rathod was exceptional in her service. She made my experience one of the best I've ever had. She personally selected many frames for me to try. She was patient and listened to me. Way to go team! Bravo!
Needed my prescription sunglasses adjusted. Hanah took the time to make sure the frames fit the curvature of my ears perfectly with multiple adjustments. Then I booked an appointment for my next eye exam as a new customer.
