I'm not satisfied with the results this place provided for my laptop.My laptop needed to be upgraded to solid state drives .BJ at first said it would take a day to complete with his ssd cards he could provide. I felt confident he would be able to do the job.The next day, I found a sale on ssd cards and asked if we could postpone the install date until I could drop off the new cards.I waited 2 days and returned and was hoping he could fix it by the next day as we originally planned.He then informs me it will take till Monday ( this was a Thursday evening ), so I relented and agreed to wait till Monday.Monday rolls around, and I call at 11 am. to confirm pick up , I am...read full review

Do not bring your computer here. Sid was not only unable to fix my laptop, but the issue is worse now. He does not communicate or update you with the work he's doing. He called me saying he lost my charging cord that I dropped off with my laptop, and when I finally came to pickup my laptop he gave me the wrong charging cord. Do not bring your computer here, I would give zero stars if possible.

Stay away from this company... I brought my MacBook to fix a liquid damage. It took Sid a week only to tell me he can't fix my computer. He destroyed a chip on the motherboard and tried to outsource the work for a more experienced engineer to fix. This company is a joke and very unprofessional. Take my word and stay far away from them.
I got my MacBook repaired in less than two hours.. Sid is unprofessional, a liar and has no knowledge in fixing mac liquid damages. This company doesn't even deserve one star in my opinion.
