No hot water right before Christmas! Spoke to a real person over the phone. Within 48 hours Toseland & Riley had a new water heater installed. Went the extra mile to source, deliver and install tank at the same visit. Answered all my questions. Great customer service all 'round.

Neptune Plumbing has been my plumber for close to 20 years. I have signed up every three years for their service agreement package and they come out every six months to check on the hot water tank. I just replaced the hot water tank Neptune installed 16 years ago, exceeded it's life expectancy by approx. 10 years. I believe this was because of the regular service calls. I recommend Neptune Plumbing.
