Called and was greeted with care, promptness and support! Drove over, everything was explained thoroughly and everyone pulled together to fix my car in record time. I ran a customer service tracing company for 10 years as a CEO and rarely are my expectations exceeded. But this time 11/10 experience all around. The one thing we like about Lads is that they give you the exact but fair estimate for repairs , stay within the quotes and carry out the work plan as they said they would. This builds confidence and trust when dealing with their staff and ownership. Always friendly to help create this “family” relationship.

Absolutely amazing place. We are from out of town and Had a much needed emergency repair. They were able to get our truck in right away and they repaired it. We also received a detailed report of future recommended repairs and they washed the truck before pick up! I would go here every time. And Thanks again L.a.d’.s Auto. Will never forget the kindness you showed us today.
