I would like to give Napa Heritage Auto Pro and Tire a five star review. Eden is the best receptionist that I have ever encountered, in a very long time. She’s professional, caring, efficient and has incredible customer service skills. I came in there yesterday with a broken windshield wiper, and she got Alex, one of their mechanics to assist me immediately, and he was outstanding with his performance. He even showed me how to put it on myself. I also would like to give Alex a five star review for his excellent customer service, and education as a mechanic. For my next oil change or any car problems, I will go to this location for assistance. If I could give a 10 star review I would. I live just around the corner on Atlas Drive and it’s so convenient for me. I don’t want to be negative in this comment though I went to another company the day before and they never put my windshield wiper on properly and it disconnected the same evening. Which put me in distress. Again, thank you Napa Heritage Auto Pro Tire for your excellence!
