Great people! We called to ask for details, and the person on the phone, Dan/Danny, was fantastic. He provided all the information he could in a very transparent, straightforward manner—no “ifs” or “buts.” We really appreciate that approach. Thank you to the team!
Front counter people are friendly and well informed when it comes to answering mechanical related questions. But the owner comes off as a bit aggressive when it comes to dealing with customers. Managed to get an electric motor switch for my Volvo S70 + labor cost at a good price.
Danny and Carter are very friendly and helpful. I had a couple of things that required urgent repair and the repair service at Mr V Plus was less expensive than the Volvo dealership.
