Our condo association had a wonderful experience with the purchase and installation of our new boilers this, June/2025, from Caon. The staff was great. The installation of the boilers was done very well and in a very timely manner.
Ryan with CAON came out to fix some continuous leaks around the house and outdoor taps. Delaney was very polite and helpful when I reached out for help, he had Jessica from the office call to book the services and said someone would be out today. Ryan called shortly after, kept me up to date about arrival and ETA. He was professional, knowledgeable, found some other issues while working and fixed those as well. After the job was complete, he showed me where all the valves were and how to properly prepare for shut offs. Well done CAON!
