Thanks to Taylor, had a great experience with having my heating fixed on the morning of Dec. 1. Quickly confirmed the cause of my faulty heating and had my zone valve actuator replaced. Got a nice upgrade to a new thermostat and he showed me how to use it. Very professional and patient, taking the time to answer all my questions with great insight. Learned a lot from him e.g. the building uses glycol in the radiator, not glucose LOL. Was very thorough, making sure the system was fully functioning before leaving. Would definitely request for Taylor if any future issues arise.
