Purchased the $499 car sale service package. Mechanic and detailer showed up on time. Even though this was a package to prep for a sale, engine compartment was untouched and the floor mats and some corners still appear dirty. Photos were taken with a cell phone in the darrk basement parkade, not the professional photographer and best shots possible as advertised. When we provided our feedback we were told the photographer was away and the exterior of our car was so dirty it took an extra 1.25 hrs to clean it and they didn't charge us the extra cleaning fee in lieu of no photographer. Not the best/transparent communication and we still need to retake the photos after spending $500.

Super friendly and professional! Used the devices to clean out a second hand car, and I’m so glad I did. The amount of other people’s dirt and grime they pulled out was insane. I will definitely use their services again!

We have used MEDS multiple times on multiple different vehicles. Without a doubt, we cannot say enough positive about Erik and all of his teams. Our most recent detail we had the pleasure of meeting the owner which I did not expect. It is awesome to see that he is still fully engaged in the services his company provides. Unrelated to the actual service itself, the online booking is seamless. There are so many different ways to find a date and time and book the specific services requested. We recieve reminders and notifications of our upcoming appointments (thorough but not excessive) which to me makes my time and business feel valued.The prices are reasonable and the expertise detailing truly makes me feel like I know nothing about how to really detail a car. Our current car is nearing 9 years old, and honestly the interior feels brand new after every detail. The exterior is always a sight to behold, its mind blowing how the water and grime rolls off during the months after. The first visit I thought I was so organized to have a hose out and ready only to realize the amount of water used is incredibly low and they didn't need it. They actually deserve to have "Eco" in their name. Water is a precious resource.From the top to the bottom of the car, the wheels and tires, paintwork and glass there's nothing thats not left better than when we bought the car. The interior I would argue looks factory perfect if not better. Modern cars are expensive and complicated and MEDS makes taking care of them PROPERLY a breeze.My sincere thanks and recommendation to anyone for Erik and his team. I booked for 2 hour service but they finished in 1hour and left. My wife pointed deity point and asked to clean but they said they did their best. I asked to manager for refund but he said our request was abusing to their employee. I am wondering which part of pointing out unclean area and asking to do better job is abusing. I also asked them to escalate this incident but no reply at all. I am preparing suing now and do not recommend this company. I booked other detailing service with less cost and they did better job. They funnest thing is they charge you the money before the job is done. Even they charged the tip before. So do not enter your credit card information unless you see the result of cleaning. See attached pictures of their job.+Now they are saying my name is not in their database because I am not using the name I service booking. But ture is that They know this name because I tried to contact more than 10 times. You can now see how the ignore the customer and only denying their mistake. I hope this kind of service should be improved ASAP. Really.+ another mistake about their GPS tracking. They said job is trackavle by their car GPS, so I attached the text when they said "job is done". They arrived 1.5 hour early and started work at 3:25pm, and said job is done at 4:20pm. Only 1 hour of very bad work and now they are saying they did more than 1 hour job. Is 1 hour and 5 min is 2 hour service? I don't think so.+ also this is the company I booked.
