The way the bays are designed there’s no way to avoid getting soap all over your coat because the hose is too short to make it around the vehicle properly. They only take cash because they haven’t bothered to fix their broken payment machines. It was a really long wait and not worth it. Also, they need to replace the scrub brushes because they’re so worn out it was rubbing the head of the brush on my car, which could cause damage. It also costs more than my local car wash in Monterey Park.

Idk why so many bad reviews. I have been a regular customer since the last 8 months and have never faced an issue with anything.
PS: it would be beneficial if you guys can do something about drying the car after wash.

I use to like this place, however recently it has gone downhill. Almost every time I go now the water is NOT hot, sometimes cold. The snow removal on the property is terrible. Very iccy and they push the snow against the fence where everyone wipes down their cars. The fence at the South end of the property has a huge hole and it allows homeless to walk right in on you to solicit while you're washing your car. I am not returning here again.
