Crummy car wash. Getting very run down. This morning there was no organization and no attendant to answer questions. Seemed to be that the machines were only accepting cash instead of credit card. Patrons were all getting frustrated so decided to not stay. Will never come back as everytime we go it get more run down.

$800 PER HOUR!!! PRICES CHANGING $1-60seconds NOW $1-45 seconds ITS GETTING WORSE HERE, PUMPS ARE DYING. THEY PUT NO MONEY INTO THEIR BUSINESS. MANY OTHER BETTER CLEANER WASH BAYS NEARBY, THERES SOME THAT GIVE YOU WAY MORE TIME. ITS REUSED WATER AT THESE PLACES FILTERED, MAKES NO SENSE TO RIP PEOPLE OFF!!! BUILDING IS MAKING $800 PER HOUR!!!
Each bay: $1 per 45 seconds One hour = 3,600 seconds 3,600 ÷ 45 = 80 payments per hour per bay 10 bays × $80 = $800 per hour FIX YOUR SERVICE

$2 for 1.5 minutes (90seconds) absolute rip off might aswell go to coop and get soap and everything for $10

The way the bays are designed there’s no way to avoid getting soap all over your coat because the hose is too short to make it around the vehicle properly. They only take cash because they haven’t bothered to fix their broken payment machines. It was a really long wait and not worth it. Also, they need to replace the scrub brushes because they’re so worn out it was rubbing the head of the brush on my car, which could cause damage. It also costs more than my local car wash in Monterey Park.

⚠️ Very disappointing experience. The car wash machine suddenly charged $2 for only 1 minute 30 seconds, with no notice or signage about the price change. I’ve used this place before and this was never the case. Changing prices without informing customers feels unfair and misleading. Please be transparent about pricing.

They are stealing money from people by not fixing the transaction machines and under neath that machine there is a small button that only says Stop not any other explanation like incase the machine don’t work to stop the transaction press this button. I was done on 4$ but since the machine wasn’t working and I didn’t know how to stop it and even went to there shop no one was there and eventually when I find the guy that works he stopped it through that small button. Now i am being charged 10.40$ for there broken machine.
I am requesting the refund or I am going to File a consumer complaint against a business

The service people are rude. Guy ahead of us could take up a double bay, and not one word was said to him. When we go we get screamed at. Maybe it's because we aren't friends with the guy like the one in front of us probably was.Who knows but no customer service. No need to yell at people. And make sure you treat everyone equally.
