With just one massage and RNFR session with Kimberly - I felt 1000x better than I have in a while. Immediately recommended her to other friends, will be returning again for sure!
Only downside is the location, due to it being in the evolve gym - you can hear equipment thumping and people working out quite a bit so not ideal if you’re looking for a relaxing and zen environment.

Lanelyn is absolutely the best massage therapist in Calgary. I was having plantar facitis pain for a very long time. Took just one session of therapeutic massage treatment and it made a huge difference. I walked out with great relief. Thanks Lanelyn. Keep up the good work!!
