But the most important thing is that the job is done very well, at a reasonable cost. I am very happy with the outcome. That's why I am happy writing this testimony here and other places. I am always nervous when hiring contractors and had lots of bad experience myself. But Michael showed me a good faith and agreed on the payment term that protected my interest more. He earned my trust. It's a right call after all. Thank you for the job well done, Michael and team.
