I was put in touch with Lydale through my insurance provider to fix an issue from a flood. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and response times. They did a great job on all of the work that needed to be done and explained the entire process to me. I would use Lydale again for any renovation needs and I have already recommend them to friends.

I am giving Lydale Property Restoration a 5 Star Rating. My mobile home suffered significant damage from frozen lines to sewer back up. Their were 3 rooms that had to undergo repairs. The work Lydale completed was above and beyond what one could ask for. The team was efficient, considerate and professional. I would highly recommend Lydale.

My husband John and I had a major flood on our 2nd floor that damaged flooring, baseboards, furniture. Lydale not only restored everything back to normal, but to even better!Lydale went above and beyond during a very stressful time to reassure us, to work with our schedules, and to get everything back in order as soon as possible. Every trade Lydale sent, from initial clean-up, tear-down, paint, flooring reno, and final clean, was meticulous and their work was absolute perfection.
