Brought in a return from a different Rona with no receipt, and Brendan and Farhiya worked it out quickly and efficiently. Excellent customer service from start to finish, and a credit to their location!
John in plumbing was very helpful trying to find the hot water tank listed on the website as in stock....it was not. Absolutely not his fault but, the corporate IT department should be more on top of these things.
Had wonderful service Monday morning doing a return. The gal that helped me was very friendly, not sure of her name, she had mid length grey hair. I often get great service at your location, keep up the great work.
