I’ve been seeing Dr. Li (Frances) for 15–16 years, and she has been one of the biggest pillars in my healing journey. Even though I now live in Ontario, I still make it a priority to see her whenever I’m in Calgary because I haven’t found anyone who compares to her level of knowledge, intuition, and genuine care.

On my most recent visit, I booked a full wellness consultation just to check in on my overall health. After her assessment, she recommended acupuncture followed by an energy healing session. I have been coming here for years to get deep tissue massage, highly recommend. Easy booking.
Helen is a great massage therapist. She can always tell where are my issues shortly into our sessions, and she spend a great deal of time and effort focusing on the problematic areas.
