I had an absolutely phenomenal experience with Lexus! I mostly dealt with Ramone and Megan but equally everyone on the team that I interacted with were so professional and kind. I happened to be away traveling, and in a completely different time zone while the vehicle I wanted became available. They went out of their way to make sure it was seamless purchase as well as went above and beyond. I was extremely impressed that the vehicle I arrived to buy site unseen was everything expected to be and more.
