I had a great experience with Hyatt. I was having some trouble with my battery- wasn’t sure that’s what it was but they figured it out. Took my QX50 right in and I drove away 1.5 hrs later. Everyone was kind and professional.

Had the pleasure to deal with Victor as our sales representative. He was a treat to deal with. Very professional and on top of his game. He reached out to me right away when I put my request in for a test drive. He definitely looks out for the customer for their needs. No pushy sales tactics.Then we had a chance to deal with Justin in finance. Again no pushy tactics and gave us exactly what we needed/wanted. Worked with us when it came to pricing and did proper follow ups. Definitely a pleasure dealing with the team.

I had an oil change done on my 2022 Q50s.The service was excellent. Changed the oil and washed my car. It only took 40 mins.Thank you Hyatt and staff for the friendly quick service.
