My family all bought glasses and we were very pleased with the frames we chose. Si helped us with the measurements the day we ordered them. My daughter and I had to go back a week after picking our glasses up for some adjustments , and again Si helped us. Devanshi - an optician - changed out my nose pads to make them more comfortable. They were professional and helpful and pleasant to deal with
My whole family got new glasses from the Chinook LensCrafters recently and had a great experience! Si was helping us with getting our glasses readjusted and was very kind, friendly and professional during the whole process:) After adjusting my glasses as much as the design would allow, Si also gave me some suggestions on what I can do if my glasses still aren’t fitting properly, seeing as I chose a pair of frames that are a bit heavy and my face is quite small (but they look nice on me!). I had a very good experience with the staff that I interacted with and appreciate the help and assistance they provided!
