From red deer , went and did some shopping stopped in to look at glasses .. wasn’t harassed or forced .. ended up buying a pair at 230 didn’t wanna have to come back they rushed it had it done in 30 minutes amazing customer service … way bettter then my local store I go to !
I had a great time picking frames today with Mitra. I did not feel rushed or like she tried to get me to buy something I didn’t want. Her knowledge was fantastic and I left feeling I had made the right purchases. Thank you. I’ll be back again.
Required a quick repair to the nose pads of my husbands glasses. Even though the glasses were not purchased from LensCrafters and I did not have an appointment, the customer service person was very understanding. In about 30 minutes the glasses were repaired and ready for pickup. Thank you LensCrafters.
