I took my damaged glasses into Chinook LensCrafters to be repaired following a fall in which both arms of my glasses had been badly bent; they were at 45 degree angles from where they should be. I needed my glasses for an important family event that evening. I swiftly received excellent service from David who with careful expertise was able to repair my glasses, plus as a bonus provide me with a more comfortable nose piece. I am truly grateful for the excellent and caring service I received.
