Jiya was an absolute delight to do business with, not only did she help me choose out the perfect pair of frames for some new sunnies, she also restored life to my old glasses via some spare parts she had lying around and adjusted them perfectly to my face, 10/10 would gladly go see her when needing glasses again
The staff were very nice and approachable. I didn’t even mention that my eyeglasses were from them, but when they recognized them, they immediately offered the free services available to me. Will always prefer to get my glasses with them.
I got contacts for the first time and as someone with anxiety I had a million questions about it and everyone there was so helpful and sweet!! I also looked at some glasses and the lady that helped me was so nice and so helpful! Just all around amazing customer service from everyone I’ve interacted with, in person, over the phone, email, you guys have a great team! I just randomly booked in after breaking my glasses and I’m so glad I ended up in such great hands! 🩷
