My partner and I had an absolutely fabulous experience getting our eyes tested and getting our glasses. The main person we dealt with was warm, funny, professional and knowledgeable…and we love our glasses!

I have been getting my glasses and my prescriptions here for a few years now and absolutely love them. I don’t remember the associates name who helped me this time but they were incredibly helpful and patient as I very indecisively picked out frames. I would highly recommend them!

Got my eye appointment at the Chinook location, the optometrist was very nice, also had a good selection of quality frames to choose from! I sometimes have issues with glasses fittings and the lenses properly focusing, but when I got my glasses here, they made sure that the lenses properly fit me! Will definitely be going again! Also make sure you use your Neo card, I got over 10% cashback
