This was my 3rd facial at Leela boutique, and once again it was such a great experience! Lisa is wonderful, she asked lots of detailed questions about my skin concerns before getting started so she could customize products. She even filled out a card at the end to tell me which products she had used in case I wanted to stock up. My skin was glowing and hydrated afterwards, and the whole appointment was relaxing start to finish.
They have great massage therapists and estheticians here. My last visit on the morning of Dec 28 was inconsistent though. The person at the front desk said I needed to self-submit the insurance claim because of the insurance company, but when I go to the non-boutique bridgeland location, they always submitted it for me. The receipt they also gave was just an email and no PDF. But the non-boutique location always sends the PDF for insurance claims. It would be good to have consistency between both locations.
After having a little hiccup at the boutique, they were very quick to reach out and resolve the matter. They have great customer service. I had a fantastic pedicure by Indie, would highly recommend her and I definitely will be returning!
