We cannot state enough how pleased we are to have chosen Knight Custom Homes for our kitchen renovation. Why, may you ask. They put their customers first. Customers needs are listened to and responded to no matter how small the detail the respond in a professional manner- before, during and after the project. On our one year follow-up they quickly took care of a few very small details- drawer hardware tighten up, epoxy applied. Straight forward nice people who we will definitely use again for our next renovation project.
I would highly recommend Neal and his team at Knight Custom Homes. We hired Neal to manage a $150,000 renovation to our home including a full repaint (cabinets included), new flooring throughout (LVP, carpet and tile), new baseboards/casing throughout, 4 bathrooms, custom cabinetry for a mudroom/pantry and office, master bathroom re-tile/re-fixture/re-design. Neal was extremely honest and open on both timeline and budget and always looped me in if there were any hiccups (i.e. our basement foundation had a 7" void that was not discovered by the home inspection and required spray foam to jack it up) or overages that required my attention. Neal has dealt with any deficiency encountered in a timely manner and the finished product was better than we could have imagined. All in all, if you want an honest company, you should consider Knight Custom Homes.
Knight Custom Homes did a great job with our kitchen and bathroom renovation. They were recommended to us by my designer Susan at Live Well Interiors and we immediately liked the ideas that Neal brought to the table. Neal was very professional and always maintained contact to ensure we were aware of the developments. All of the trades people that Neal uses are of the highest quality from cabinets, to painting and flooring and electrical to the cleaners who made everything sparkle . We made frequent visits to the site and when we asked for some changes Neal was open to our ideas and did his best to give us what we wanted. Even though it meant early mornings and late nights for some of the trades they came in on time and under budget. We love our “new” home and would highly recommend Knight Custom Homes to those who are thinking of doing a large or small renovation.
