Fantastic. Can’t say enough good things about them. In November when my vehicle required rather extensive repairs, they were honest and upfront about what was wrong and what needed to be done and it actually ended up being much less than expected (the dealership misdiagnosed) many mechanics try to upsell. They don’t. Just tell you what needs to be done right now, and if it doesn’t need to be done they won’t try to make a sale. Today, when I was driving and my cars exhaust broke off from the muffler I called them and Robin said I could bring it in asap and he can take a look. He ended up fixing it for very fair price and I got it back in less than 4 hours.... read full review

This is an overdue review, but I just wanted to write about how reliable these guys are! Back in December, I brought my Elantra in as there was intermittent battery drainage. If I didn't drive my car for a day or two, I would have to jump-start it. The issue was incredibly tricky to diagnose, and it had been going on for months. I brought it to another place that kept my car for a week, and ultimately told me to replace my battery (it was a new battery). This didn't resolve the issue. When I brought it into Knibbe, they assured me they would find the root cause of the drainage. And they did! After a few days of keeping my car, it turns out... read full review

I took my vehicle in to investigate a high-speed vibration that another shop had not been able to correctly identify. The service advisor (Fred) was efficient, knowledgeable, and a good communicator. The problem was solved to my satisfaction. This is obviously a repair shop that you can trust. Knibbe's policy of making sure their service advisors are licensed mechanics is extremely helpful, and a big improvement over my experience at other shops (including new vehicle dealerships).
