Extremely happy with the product but blown away by their customer service. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kayu. We had a new deck installed a few years ago. We love it. One of the tiles broke - but the contractor that installed it changed hands and the new owner wouldn't find the paperwork relating to the original install. We were able to determine that the manufacturer was Kayu. Took a long-shot hoping they'd be able to help. Not only did they help, they found the original order, and were able to source a replacement and have it shipped the next day! Unreal customer service. Highly recommend doing business with a company that conducts itself like this.
I am so very impressed with the quality of their product. They were super easy to deal with. Purchased tongue and groove Red Balau Batu at an amazing price and turned it into our basement ceiling. Attached are before and after photos. Highly Recommended!
Only place currently in Canada with Merbau hardwood flooring and outdoor decking. Fantanstic to work with and great prices. Highly recommend these guys and highly recommend Merbau hardwood. Looks so exotic and wears incredibly well also. I have been searching for over 1 year as I have 17 year old Merbau flooring currently but needed to some more for 1 room. Thanks Paige and Jim(owner).
