We're really happy with how our project turned out. It included a living room fireplace remodel/conversion to gas, floating shelves & redesigned front entry. Carolina had great design ideas! Trever & Jeff were great to work with as were the sub-trades. Any issues we identified we're dealt with quickly. Wouldn't hesitate to hire them for a future project.

I hired Kay2 as my general contractor to help with a renovating the rooftop of my home so that it would be able to support a hot tub. As part of the project they expanded the size and structure of the existing rooftop patio, replaced the existing patio flooring, levelled, and waterproofed it. They placed joists in the walls on all levels of the house below the hot tub and then craned up and hooked up the hot tub.
From planning to execution we worked on the project for around 1 year and when all was finished I was very happy with the final result. They took my vision and executed it perfectly.
