We had an excellent experience with Jordans Flooring and their team. Louis provided outstanding service in helping us select the perfect flooring for our basement. The selection was impressive, and the pricing was very reasonable. He went above and beyond by providing multiple samples and even ordering additional ones that weren’t in stock.
Once we made our decision, Louis quickly placed the order and organized his crew to self-level our basement floor and install the vinyl. The installation team was efficient and professional, carefully assessing and addressing any issues as they worked. The final result looks fantastic.

We had visited 3 other flooring stores & never got any good service until we went to Jordan’s & met Aleksandr. He was very helpful & knew what we were looking for as he understood our request. The work was done expertly & quickly to our satisfaction. Thank you For the great install of our LVT halls & carpet.
Our experience with Jordan's flooring outlet in Calgary was terrific. We first ordered a rug from the website and our family picked it up and brought it to Saskatoon. We were trying to match it with a small one we had for a living area but when it arrived, the colors in person where different than they appeared on the website. We spoke with Cathy and she graciously agreed that if we shipped it back, she would issue a store credit for when we would be passing through.
