Received good customer service from AZIZ . He helped me to transfer data from my old phone to new . Aziz is the best customer service representative that I have been dealing with. I would recommend my friends to Aziz when they want to get a new phone.

Now out of business. Had an iphone 11 charging port fixed and it came back with microphone broken, which they then could not fix after the fact. Impression I got from staff I dealt with was the business was poorly run and after the experience I've had not surprising to see it finally bit the dust so to speak.

I have a MacBook from 2014 with a battery that died. An old school battery isn’t readily available everywhere, so I was pleased to find one at this Iphix location. They swapped the batteries out for the new one and guaranteed it for 60 days.Within two weeks, the battery stopped working properly (it wouldn’t maintain any charge when not plugged in).I went through the effort of driving downtown and paying for parking and walked in at 4:20pm, knowing they closed at 5pm. The store gates were barred shut, and yet the lights were on and there was a coffee sitting on the desk. I called through the gates and tried calling the stores phone, but there was no response. After waiting 15 minutes to see if someone came back, I left.I then called the store the next day to explain my warranty issue and the store manager assured me he would email me a confirmation of the warranty and we would arrange a way to swap for a new battery before the warranty expires.Eventually they contacted me back to arrange the swap for a new battery, but it took quite a while. We’ll see how it goes.I am so appalled at the service of the store. The customer service has been a disgrace and a thoroughly unpleasant experience.I will not return and will get my electronics serviced elsewhere in the future.

These ignoramuses charged me $100+ to fix a cracked screen (most shops can do it in a few hours for $50). It took them 1.5 days to complete. When I got my phone back my touch screen didn’t work! The unqualified dingbat who did the install admitted to scratching the underside of the screen during the install… I brought the phone back to them to rectify the situation! After waiting another 1.5 days the lead dunce summarized the issue by saying they didn’t have the basic hand eye coordination to perform the screen repair the first time… let alone trying to fix the damage they caused would be like sending a pig to clean it’s pen. In full display their poor motor skills match their limited brain functions as well, as they could not comprehend the problem. Not wanting to argue with a fool, out of fear of being outwitted by more foolish experienced practitioners I left thankfully only $100 dollars down after 3 days of (what I am assuming to be gruelling labour for the feeble minded). To summarize the owner said they didn’t have the skills to complete a basic repair. They gave it to a unqualified person, and as a result of poor management choosing to delegate such a easy task to a their greatest under achiever. Not even the top monkey with a stick could rectify the situation. So they had to call in the owner to let me know that I was stupid for brining my phone to a bunch of almost IT techs, stoners, and college drop outs. To do organization work with delicate and miniature components… I couldn’t argue with that level of stupidity. I’ve never seen someone go God-mode.So yeah just bring your electronic repairs to CaseMogul. Atleast they know which side of the screwdriver to hold onto, and can tell the difference between the bottom and top of a screen.

They've had my phone for over two weeks and still can't get back to me with a solid answer on the diagnosis. They keep pushing back dates and nobody calls me back with updates. I will not be using them again

They can only replace screens and batteries. The rest is simply beyond their experience, such as repairing the phone after swimming in the water.

(Please note based on the Owner's disingenious response to my original comment I have updated my review to make it entirely comprehensive so that everyone who reads it know exactly what transpired and can come to their own conclusions)Bottom Line:Have no respect for the customer's time and are inconsistent. Will not use them myself and will actively recommend against using them. Customer service is what it is all about and this organization has failed in spades.Detailed Account:Phoned head office just before noon today to ask if they could complete the repair the battery replacement (I had the battery) that I needed done and if they could do so in a timely manner as it was for my primary phone that I didn't want to be without. Agent who answered the phone said that they had technicans at two other locations who would be able to do the job within an hour an a half. I thanked the agent and suggested that I should just call the location myself to confirm their availability to do the job. Agent assured me that was not necessary and insisted that he would call the location which I wanted to go to let them know so that they would be expecting me. As I was providing the replacement battery (which is apparently somewhat unusual) the agent placed me on hold to obtain management authorization - which he told me was granted - to do the repair. He quoted me a price of $40 to complete the repair.Arrived at location just after 13h00 and not only was was the agent at the store (which was empty I might add - not another customer in sight) not expecting me but indicated that he would be unable to proceed with the repair without management authorization. Hence he might or might not be able to get the repair done today and despite politely pressing him on this point he was absolutely unhelpful and unwilling to endeavour to provide any further clarity in this regard. He was also unable to confirm that the quoted price for the repair would be honoured. I acquiesced indicating that I'd authorize the repair up to a cost of $100 and asked him to give me a call (on my home phone) when he was done - otherwise I'd be back to pick up the phone right before the store closed. As it is important for later please note that the agent thoroughly inspected the phone - including removing the case - upon taking it from me.Receiving no call from the organization I returned at 16h30 (they closed at 5pm) to find the agent (mask off and feet on the counter I might add - both aspects he did correct as soon as I entered the shop). The agent told me that he was unable to complete the repair as the mirror finish of the rear case was cracked and that it was unlikely that as a result it would have not been possible to remove and replace the back cover successfully. He offered to order the cover - didn't provide a price for that though - but did tell me that the price of the repair would be $50 if I provided it.Summary of concerns:1. Head office agent failed to call ahead to the location as he promised to do.2. The shop employee showed no interest, was unwilling, and/or perhaps was unempowered by management to provide more certainty as to whether the job could be completed in a timeframe that was 2x what I was originally promised3. If the damage to the back cover potenitally jeopardized the shop's ability to do the repair, the agent should have notified me at drop off of that possibility.4. The shop failed to contact me as agreed to let me know that they were unable to complete the repair.5. The shop increased the quoted price - and the repair a replacement cover would have been less work!6. In the owner's original response to my comment she indicated that a back cover required for a battery replacement on this phone. This contradicts what the shop employee told me. Hence is back cover replacement required regardless or only because mine was damaged? Which is it guys? Customers deserve honest and clear information.

When I first got my Blackberry Key 2 the battery lasted an astonishing 26 hours on the first day and I use my cel a lot! Over the years, that performance has dropped to about 3 to 5 hours between charges depending on use.I miss the days when you could just pop the back cover off and install a new battery like you install an SD card. Now cel phones are sealed and you have to take them in to a shop like iPhix to have a battery replaced.I dealt with a fellow named Jordan who was very courteous and did a great job. In addition to the battery replacement (I'm now back to getting over 24 hours of battery life between charges - whoo-hoo!) I also got a camera lens cover replaced because it cracked when I dropped the phone a few months ago. The whole process took less than an hour and I couldn't even tell the phone had been opened (they have to heat the glue to take it apart and then glue it back together when they are finished). One thing I should mention is that they might ask for your code to unlock the cel phone in order to test it after the work is completed. For personal security reasons, you have the option to choose "test with client" on the work order. In that case, they will perform the work and wait until you boot up the phone and unlock it before doing any tests to make sure everything works properly.

I got a new phone at the Eau Claire Market location. Chad explained to me all the different new phones actually on the market with all the pros and cons. I opted for a Samsung a32 5G,...IPhix doesn`t sell only IPhones but also Samsung and Google phones

We were going on a 14 hour road trip with the kids in a few days and both of the kids phones died. That road trip would have been a NIGHTMARE without those phones. I took them in and within 24 hours later was told that the batteries just needed to be replaced and they were ready to be picked up. These folks are AMAZING!!!!
