After hearing great feedback from friends, I knew that I had to check out this korean salon in Calgary. Soyoon did a fantastic job with my hair! She did a great job finding the perfect hair color for my skintone and even gave me some color analysis advice! I showed her the haircut I wanted, and she was able to get as close to the picture despite my hair needing to be a certain length in order to achieve the same look. And the best part, the price was a lot cheaper than other salons I've been to before! The pricing does depend on the starting length, so please keep that in mind. I will definitely be returning to Soyoon for my next hair appointment! Thank you so much! 🫶
Lisa was professional, friendly, and made the whole experience so easy. My appointment was at 11 a.m., and I was seated right away. Everything was done efficiently, and I was really happy with the results.
This was my first time going to a salon in 34 years, so I took my time reading reviews and looking at different options. Even though I live 40 minutes away, I decided to book with Lisa because I loved the examples of her work on Instagram. I’m glad I did—she even suggested a few things I wouldn’t have thought of, and they turned out great!

Soyoon is so sweet and helpful!! this was my first time at I'MK, and my first salon visit in 10 years, I always just cut my curly hair at home. This year I wanted a huge change! so I went in for a big chop and relaxer. Soyoon was excited to help and walked me through all of the steps with a smile. I felt so comfortable being in her care! in the end, she permed, cut, and styled my hair EXACTLY how I was imagining my dream hair to be. I cried a little I was so happy!!! I am forever grateful for her kind and positive attitude, and thankful for such a good hairstylist!!
