Beware of investing in any of these funds, they say that they do not have loads, but they have Deferred Service Charges on almost everything. So if you ever want to cash out to go to another broker, you will lose A LOT OF MONEY in service charges. They make sure to keep investing in these funds, then it makes it hard to get out. You cannot ever transfer in kind, because they are their own investments, so you are forced to transfer in cash, which kicks in the deferred service charges. Our investor had us tied in for 18 years, so there were huge service charges at the end. Just make sure you ask them about their Deferred Service Charges.
