What's the point in having a doctor if you can't even pick up the phone?I've called this clinic 40 times over the past week and get nothing but the voicemail. They say to go online to book. Their website has to function to allow bookings and directs you to their telephone number. You call, and get nothing but voicemail. Never encountered this in my life before

I recently had a subpar experience with the clinic. Despite making several calls over a couple of days, I received no response, and my attempts to leave a voicemail were unsuccessful. I edited my comments here, I had got a call from clinc today and we were actually happy with Dr Venter.

My husband went to get tested for ADHD and Dr. Venter said the results were inconclusive. She also said she would consult with some colleagues about the results and get back to my husband. She never did. Biggest waste of $1100 we've ever spent.

I cannot say how thankful we are for this clinic and Dr. Venter. He helped us save our daughter's life and saw her weekly until she could see a specialist. Front line staff are also very communicative and I'm blessed to have such amazing medical care. Thank you.

"New Patients and Walk Ins" - that's the sign outside. As soon as I get in, "since Covid (no longer a valid excuse in May 2023), we no longer accept new patients..."Don't bother trying with this place. At all. False advertising, and I've submitted a report.

The doctor here is consistently dismissive of valid complaints and concerns. Finding a new doctor who actually will do their job and provide care for all patients. Not sure how he has such great reviews…

I have been going to Hygieia Medical Clinic since they opened. The service and care I receive is excellent. I feel cared for, respected, and well looked after.

This clinic needs to hire a good receptionist that more efficient and good at customer service. the patient comes to the clinic due to a medical problem and here the receptionist causes more stress and anxiety to the patient, it is really not good.

Dr. Tupper is so caring. She will go the full distance to see that you get all the care required.She will always take the time to answer any questions and explain anything thoroughly.The staff as well have always been very kind and accommodating.
