My wife and I both go to House Of Toli for hair styling and skin care. They make every visit a truly enjoyable experience.

I relocated to the west side of the city and was in search of someone to trim my hair. I have been growing out my natural hair for the last 3 years, so trims are all I require.

My first visit with Rylan was lovely, and she accommodated what I needed. We also had a wonderful visit on life, grief and more. She even went as far as buying a copy of my book! That touched my heart.

I look forward to my future hair trims and Rylan's professional touch.

I may also come back for other services as they offer massage upstairs in a quite serene area away from the hair salon - thanks for that tour as well, Rylan.

For the past few years, my husband has purchased a gift card for me for spa services. A few months ago I went for a 90-minute facial. The facial itself was lovely, but when I was told it was done, I went and got changed, came downstairs, looked at the time, only to realize that at that moment there was still ten minutes left of the 90 minutes (it took at least five to get changed). I asked the receptionist if I had booked for a shorter time period. She checked with the facial provider and returned to say, “No, that was the 90 minute facial. You got all the things provided for that were a part of that service.” I sorted the bill, left a tip and left disappointed and determined that that was my last visit for spa services. Again, the facial itself was lovely. Having it shortened by about 15 minutes was not. Part of the “things” you expect during a timed treatment, is to be able to relax for the full time.

I have been coming to this Salon for 4 years now, Grace is amazing, my appointments are long, and I ask for a lot, not only is she patient but she never cuts corners, always completes every step, even after 4 hours she still always does a head massage.
This salon is not cheap but you get what you pay for, if you want quality you will get it.
I am extremely particular about my hair and there is no other place I would go.

I've been going to Payton for over a year for all of my hair care. I'm very particular about the cool tone of blonde I want and she nails it every time!! I would, and do, recommend her to anyone looking for a new stylist ♥️

I have purchased hair care products at this salon for several years. Shampoo and Conditioner with a price tag of $138. Not an economy brand! On one occasion a few years ago I was not happy with the product and attempted to return it. The person at the front counter said that because I had used too much of it that would not be possible. I understood and continued to shop there. Today I tried to return a product that I had used once, had the original packaging and I was informed that all sales are final, it states this on the receipt. I was not informed before the purchase nor did I check the fine print on the receipt. The front desk asked the assistant manager if we could make an exception. She simply sent word that it was not possible. Not very professional customer service and I will definitely not be shopping at this salon again. This is definitely disappointing because I have supported this salon for more than 7 years.
